Susan Nutson

Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer

Susan Nutson joined Hollister Incorporated in July 2021. In 2022, she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources for JDS Inc. and Chief Human Resource Officer for Hollister Incorporated. Subsequently, on January 1, 2023, Susan was promoted to her current role as Vice President and Chief Human Resource Officer for JDS Inc.  

Nutson began her career with General Motors as a Safety Engineer. She has held various Human Resource positions of increasing responsibility with the Ford Motor Company, United Technologies Corporation, Tyco International, and Companie Saint-Gobain. Just prior to joining Hollister, she was Vice President Human Resources, Global Operations, and Primary Products NA, for Tate & Lyle PLC.  

Nutson has a BS in Marketing and Merchandising from Western Michigan University and is a graduate of executive development programs at Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations, University of Michigan Ross School of Management, and University of Virginia Darden School of Business. She previously served on the Board of the University Club of Chicago and is currently on the Finance Council for St. Clement Catholic Church in Chicago.
