Kay Willard
Experience:
Kay has fulfilled several senior nurse leadership roles within the front line of the acute hospital setting for over 30 years.
The longevity of her service has afforded her the opportunity to gather unique insight into the complex navigation a patient’s journey takes when requiring acute urological hospital care and ongoing needs.

With this rich anecdotal library of knowledge, Kay has recently designed a new and innovative way of working, whereupon a nurse-led ambulatory service sits as an adjunct to the urological inpatient stay.
